As Chief Strategy Officer, Hayat grew sales 200% year over year for three years straight on a pricing and customer intelligence engine, and put the KPI and OKR architecture in place. Operational performance rose 32% globally.
He led the company into private equity, building the financial model, budget and business case behind the deal.
That case defended a 35% valuation uplift on the way out, and the platform went on to be the 46th fastest growing company of 2024.
The valuation uplift was not negotiated, it was built: model, budget and business case the other side could test and could not break.
